JSSC provided equipment:
- Time Drops wireless timing buttons based on number of lanes at pool (2 per lane: typically 1 used and 1 for backup)
- Time Drops controller ("Brain Box")
- Time Drops Start system adapter (if team has starting system with sound)
- Time Drops Mini-starter (with microphone and AUX cable) (if team has speaker only)
- Dedicated controller tablet (non-iOS) used for operating the timing system - Samsung Galaxy A9+ tablet and protective case
- Dedicated dual-band wireless router
- USB C charger block
- Surge protector power strip
- Protective storage/transport case to keep all components secure and organized
- Note: equipment is JSSC-owned and maintained by teams

Team provided equipment:
- (New requirement for 2026) A Windows laptop to run Meet Maestro during the meet
- Meet Maestro requires a Windows-based desktop application to manage the live timing connection.
- Meet Maestro has minimal system requirements; a basic Windows laptop is sufficient for meet‑day operations (min requirements: 64-bit Windows 7 or newer, 4 GB RAM)
- Because this application is Windows-only, the following devices cannot run the meet
- iPads
- Mac laptops
- Note: a Mac and/or iPad can be used at all other times to utilize Meet Maestro, but not during a meet.
- (New requirement for 2026) Stopwatches for backup (one per lane plus one for head timer)
- (Existing requirement) A starting system with sound (preferred) or speaker
- (New requirement for 2026) A Windows laptop to run Meet Maestro during the meet
